Matthews Cellars Syrah
Matt Loso is an amazing winemaker. His wines constantly win
tastings; he´s a fanatic for doing it properly, and his wines
all show it. This is one intense Syrah that drinks well now,
but will hold for quite a while as well.
Syncline Merlot
Is there anyone who shops here who doesn´t know James and Poppie
Mantone of Syncline? Two of the nicest people in the business,
and they make terrific wine as well. This Merlot is only being
released at the winery; they just didn´t make enough to satisfy
demands. I got lucky. What the heck - that´s why you
come here, yes?
