2001 Cadence Camerata
Here´s what winemaker Ben Smith says about this reserve wine: "Camerata (a
small group of friends or singers) is the Cabernet Sauvignon based blend; dense,
muscular and ageworthy." He made two reserve wines this year; the other is
reserved for the winery only. All I received of this, the club gets at $50.00.
2001 Fidelitas Yakima Valley Syrah
Winemaker Charlie Hoppes has an amazing track record. Chateau Ste-Michelle.
Three Rivers. Now his own winery, Fidelitas. This won´t be
the last wine from Charlie we´ll see in this club. Give this one some
time in your cellar. There´s tiny quantities left at $32.75.
We have a limited amount of Cayuse wines available at $45.00 each. First
preference will be given to the members of the Washington and Specialty clubs.
