Baer Winery Arctos and Ursa
Oh, this one was just too easy to decide!  How could I resist a winery with this name?   I´ve known Woodinville-based winemaker Lance Baer for a while.  He´s fond of making wines that are soft and approachable; when asked when to drink his wines, he´ll invariably say "NOW!"  Ursa is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon and sells for $27.00; Arctos is primarily Cabernet Sauvignon and runs for $32.00.  We have miniscule amounts of both left.  They´re fun and, as earlier noted, ready to drink.
